From a vision held for years to a world being built.
How I helped Maria Falbo, founder of Copson, bring the next chapter of her work into form.
The starting point.
Maria built Copson over a decade into a cultural strategy company. When we met, she was holding a vision much larger than the company she'd built: a new way of living and working rooted in land, community and the seasons.
She had the experience and the relationships. The vision had no form yet.
The work.
We started on the Winter Solstice of 2025 and worked through one full creation cycle, to Samhain 2026. That's about 10 months.
I read the cycle against Maria's own architecture. We planned her year and her months with the Wheel and let the astrology shape each week. We met almost every week, and skipped a week when the energy asked for it. It was strategy and ceremony together, and we marked every new and full moon with a ceremony of its own. The land shaped what we did, so the guided meditations became part of the work. That's the repeatable part: each decision was timed to where the cycle was and to her own architecture, instead of to a calendar of tasks.
I also turned what was coming through into structure: team conversations, strategic language, documents and an investor-facing brief that made the vision legible to people who could help resource it. A first patron has since come forward.
The house told us what was next.
Maria was building a home on the land while all this unfolded, and it moved alongside the vision. When the pipes and water went in, we started looking at liquidity and patrons. When construction finished and it was time to decorate, she was preparing to launch her website, landing page and offers.
She described it to her team herself:

I've come to see that house as her creation cycle made physical. Every stage of the build mirrored a stage of the work, so we could read the house the way we read the sky.
A pregnancy works the same way. A mother's forty weeks can mirror her own creation cycle, and mine is doing that now as I move through this pregnant. The womb is literal. The house was literal. Each one is a physical mirror of the energetics underneath.
You don't need to build a house or grow a child for this work to apply to you. I've found the same pattern shows up in a business, a body of art, music, a way of living, in whatever form your creation takes. For Maria and me, having a physical embodiment made it visible. It made the Creation Codes undeniable, and it solidified the repeatable process.
The creation itself informed the timing. The timing informed the next move.
How it unfolded.
There was no week-by-week plan. It moved season by season, and parts of it were rocky and frightening. I stayed her North Star through all of it. At Samhain she was where she had set out to be.
Where it is now.
The cycle closed at Samhain with the first kickoff call for Copson's founding team. A new cycle begins at a higher octave. Maria and I now work together: I'm building with her on the next phase of Copson, I'm the first Pioneer in her program, and we're continuing into 2027.
